Join Singer/Rapper/Songwriter and Sacred Smoke Facilitator Lavva in Saint Petersburg, FL for Smoke and Sonics: an Incense Making Workshop and Sound Healing Activation. Hosted at The Medicine Temple, a healing space and home in St. Pete, on Saturday, June 6th! 3-7PM.

During our time together, we will:

Bless and charge our herbs, flowers, and resins together 

Learn 4 different hands on incense making techniques

Get a brief history on the significance of incense + smoke

Go home with your hand-made incense

Meditate and hold space for breath and invocation

Jam over neo-soul and light refreshments

Receive an intimate concert with Lavva

Enjoy an intentionally crafted communal space!
